About the role

The Multiple-Discipline (Interdisciplinary) Engineer serves as a technical integrator and project engineer, responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating engineering work across multiple engineering disciplines in support of the Marine Corps. Conducts, plans, monitors the design and construction of substantial new facilities, and renovation and improvement of existing facilities, encompassing highly specialized or unique requirements. Serves as the lead or senior engineer responsible for integrating civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, and systems engineering requirements into unified technical solutions. Reviews architectural and engineering (A&E) statements of work. Prepares planning project time schedules and cost estimates. Reviews cost estimates prepared by others. Provides technical review of design calculations, analyses, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with DoW standards and project objectives and standards.
