Contract Price/Cost Analyst

Subject Matter Expert in all areas of contract cost and price, including direct labor, direct material, other direct costs, overhead bases, overhead pools and profit calculation. Utilizes forecasting patterns in the contractor's business environment to project costs for contracts extending over a period of years in which precedent or historical date is not available. Creates tools such as cost models and data bases to develop negotiation positions and conduct cost realism analyses. Leads Overhead Should Cost Review (OHSCR) analysis of contractor forward pricing rate proposals and the efficiency of the contractor's operations. Develops schedules, distributing tasks among team members and/or sub-team leads and makes adjustments to accomplish the workload in accordance with established priorities and time constraints.
