LEAD MILITARY PAY TECHNICIAN

Serves as Work Leader by identifying, distributing, and balancing workload and tasks to team members. Make day to day adjustments to accomplish, problems, and progress in mastering tasks and work processes. Provides individual and team training on specific tasks and job techniques, as well as on-the-job training, in alignment with established procedures and practices. Resolves simple, informal complaints of employees and refers other to supervisor. Provides information to the supervisor as requested concerning promotions, reassignment, recognition or outstanding performance, and personnel needs. Approves leave for a few hours or emergencies. Duties will be developmental in nature when the position is filled below the full performance level.
