SUPERVISOR

You will be responsible for leading the development and management of a skilled workforce to build the Integrated Product Support (IPS) and Reliability Engineering Competency. You will provide leadership to personnel/for logistics requirements throughout the NIWC Atlantic departments to support integrated product support elements. You will provide advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on work/administrative matters and identify ways to improve production and/or increase the quality of work directed. You will manage the integrated product support customer relationship to include identification of customer needs, resourcing planning and allocation, service delivery, and facilitation of customer outcomes. You will manage and supervise work that involves the design, development, manufacture, operation, maintenance, and disposal of systems and related equipment.
