Supervisory Human Resources Specialist

Serve as the senior expert overseeing DHA’s recruitment, staffing, classification, and compensation programs, ensuring legally compliant and strategically aligned human capital operations. Supervise and direct the HR Management Branch, providing technical leadership, advising/counseling employees, performance management, hearing/resolving grievances/complaints, effecting disciplinary measures, etc. Advise senior leaders and managers on complex HR issues, interpreting legislative and regulatory requirements, and developing agency guidance that shapes DHA-wide human resources policy and processes.
