Supervisory Program Manager

Duties for the Supervisory Program Manager GS-0340-15 include but not limited to: The Assistant Director of Data Analytics is responsible for working with the Division of Data Analytics leadership team to provide strategic leadership, setting the division's goals, and developing a clear vision for using data analytics to enhance program integrity and support HHS OIG's mission. This includes identifying key areas where analytics can help prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, and establishing priorities to improve oversight through data-driven decision-making. The assistant director manages the design and execution of scalable and automated analytics methodologies, integrating tools like predictive modeling and machine learning to monitor healthcare programs for risks. Leads and mentors a team of analysts and IT specialists to put data at the fingertips of OIG staff. Interfaces with OIG component executives and regional leadership to ensure quality and level of services needed are being met.
