MANAGER

You will be responsible for the technical integrity and execution of all functions within the TIE Department. You will direct, facilitate, manage, and execute systems engineering and architecture activities to develop integrated roadmaps, identify modernization priorities, improve the quality and speed of capability delivery. You will serve as the Navy's technical expert for enterprise-wide engineering and technology, representing the Center in key technical forums and frequently chairing ad-hoc panels to develop technical policies and recommendations. You will provide direct supervision, guidance, and mentorship to the Chief Engineer, Chief Technology Officer, and the lead of the Rapid Capabilities Cell, ensuring the alignment of their respective roadmaps and modernization activities.
