About the role
As a Director for Compensation and Benefits, you will: Advise, lead, and assist OCC management on the development and implementation of new compensation and benefit programs and the administration of current programs, including annual program adjustments, to improve the overall effectiveness of these programs and ensure their support of OCC's strategic goals. Serve as policy advisor to senior management on compensation and benefit programs and policies. Advise management on solutions to complex and controversial compensation and benefit problems. Provide leadership in establishing strategic priorities for annual compensation and benefit program adjustments, and in evaluating the effective implementation of new initiatives. Ensure OCC benefit programs are well-designed to support OCC strategic goals and evaluate the performance of benefit contracts to ensure programs are being administered in a manner that meets OCC needs.
