About the Role: As a key leader in our third line of defense, the Internal Audit Manager will drive a risk-based audit strategy that evolves with changes in the organization's strategic priorities and growth. You will oversee a portfolio of high impact audit areas covering regulatory, operational, financial, and emerging technology risks. Beyond general oversight, you will champion agile audit methodologies and continuous monitoring to provide real-time insights to the Audit Committee. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, you will serve as a strategic change agent to drive continuous improvement within and outside the department. <p
