LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST- (DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY)

DUTY 1: Performs technical and administrative lead duties on a regular and recurring basis for 25% or more of the time by identifying, distributing, assigning and balancing workload and tasks amongst employees by skill level, proficiency and/or occupational specialization, making adjustments to accomplish the workload in accordance with established priorities to ensure timely accomplishment of work assignments. DUTY 2: Consistently exercises independent judgment in directing and assigning work amongst employees by using determinative factors such as team members expertise, experience, competence, workload availability, work priorities and team member functional development. DUTY 3: Performs budget formulation work involving preparation of detailed analysis and estimates for funding needs for one or more future years.
