Supervisory Program Analyst

Duties: Develop operational budgets and schedules to ensure SIM is effective in its approach to fulfill its program objectives. Directs the operational activities of IGS to ensure healthcare IT projects and investments meet business needs. Manages program costs. Monitors metrics used in reporting the accomplishment of health IT goals. This includes monitoring funded programs and tracking of related issues. Independently manage the budget analysis team to ensure key products are provided in support of healthcare IT. Briefs top level management officials on program/project plans, statuses, and issues. Analyze and evaluate independently or coordinate reviews of program requirements and special projects pertaining to healthcare IT investments. Assures that investment operations are executed in a manner that complies with national VHA, regulatory agencies, and standards.
