About the role
You will plan, direct, distribute, and balance workload among subordinate supervisors and assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload. You will prepare justification for requirements exceeding branch resources; evaluating new monitoring equipment and making recommendations for utilization. You will initiate personnel actions such as performance appraisals of personnel directly supervised; reviews evaluations made by supervisors on other employees which includes understanding and evaluating the details of job execution.
