About the role
Advanced knowledge of the full range of injury screening and prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment to maximize Soldier performance and improve unit readiness. Advanced practical knowledge of physical therapy skills, evidence-based practice, data collection and reporting as part of the H2F team. Provide recommendations for injury screening and prevention. Research, analyze, and report on injury control and program effectiveness. Participate on the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Integration Team to establish policies and procedures for H2F injury control teams. Plan and organizes professional injury screening and prevention, evaluation, and in close proximity to where Soldiers train daily. Participate in injury control research, analysis and reporting to support H2F program at the brigade and Army-level. Teach and assists other H2F teammates how to plan, coordinate, and implement goal-oriented group and/or focused individual PT treatment programs.
