About the role
You will manage the acquisition of program requirements responsible for the application of the ship/systems acquisition processes, policies, regulations, principles, and practices for all elements of program management. You will plan and execute the development of program office responses to Navy, OSD and Congressional and other inquiries concerning the RCOH program. You will be responsible for oversight of the management of cost, schedule, and performance toward the continuous improvement of the planning and execution of In-Service Aircraft Carrier RCOH availabilities using strategic thinking/problem solving. You will practice accountability of program management through the phases of system acquisition and sustainment, as applicable while ensuring effective defense systems are delivered to the warfighter.
