Program Manager

Provide guidance and recommendations to strengthen and improve the delivery of the successful standardization and implementation of major field office programs, projects, and initiatives. Develop and deploy field office programs that support the day-to-day operations of the field office and the administration of immigration benefits. Responsible for hearing and resolving informal complaints and grievances. Direct staff who perform professional, technical, and administrative work. Identify significant customer service issues and priorities for the field office. Design, develop, and direct programs and projects which require in-depth analysis, problem solving, conceptualizing, planning, and management to support the strategic direction of the Field Operations Directorate.
