About the role
You will work within a coalition process to achieve organizational goals by coordinating with and advising a staff comprised of military, civilian, and support contractors. You will advise the Chief of Naval Operations on the formulation, coordination, supervision, and execution of Navy shipbuilding and conversion programs for surface combatant ships. You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of phased array radars, across portfolio programs within the Surface Warfare Division. You will serve as the Division's primary radar technical advisor by creating, sharing, managing, and applying master knowledge to effectively and efficiently integrate radar capability into the Navy's inventory of Surface Ships. You will review the development of program planning documentation, to include technical, budget, schedule, management, and personnel planning.
