AIRCRAFT MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the Air Reserve Technician (ART) supervisor exercising technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers on assigned shift, enforcing schedules and directing work priorities. Trains reservists in the accomplishment of duties and responsibilities set forth herein. DUTIES: DUTY 1: Performs work planning responsibilities. DUTY 2: Performs work direction responsibilities. DUTY 3: Performs administrative responsibilities. DUTY 4: Applies Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)/Equal Opportunity Treatment (EOT) principles and requirements.
