Management and Program Analyst

As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Providing advice and assistance to JSD management on budget/financial issues; Provide support to program offices in the preparation of independent government cost estimates (ICGEs) and statements of work (SOWs) and conduct market research; Analyzing administrative and financial procedures to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing program objectives, and assist in the preparation of closeout documentation; Verifying funds availability for obligating documents and invoices; Analyzing new or proposed legislative actions and executive, federal, USMS guidance, policy, requirements and initiatives and assesses impact on program policies, processes, goals and objectives; Monitoring, tracking, and requesting reimbursable funds from USMS Divisions and other Federal and local agencies as required; and Facilitating the implementation and dissemination of procedu
