Lead Human Resources Specialist

In this position you will serve as a Lead Human Resources (HR) Specialist and key technical authority performing complex human resources work requiring knowledge, skills and abilities in recruitment and placement. You will respond to requests and propose complex personnel initiatives to serviced organizations that will meet significant program needs, agency objectives, priorities or legal and regulatory requirements to accomplish critical objectives specific to preemployment requirements.
