About the role
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing technical and analytical assistance involving other IT specialty areas supporting the information management needs of the US Attorney's Office. Typical work assignments will include: Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents. Providing customer support services including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance and training in response to user requirements. Managing accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment. Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and managing internet and intranet websites. Monitoring functionality, security, and integrity of internet services, as well as managing internet servers.
