You will analyze program data to resolve technical or procedural issues, ensuring system readiness. You will contribute to cost, schedule, and product support performance management within the program. You will develop comprehensive product support strategies, including material management and life cycle cost analysis. You will ensure proper configuration management activities and suggest improvements to enhance support efforts. You will assist with the digital transformation of product support elements using Digital Engineering principles.
