SUPERVISORY EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST

Supervises, instructs, and trains subordinates in the performance of work. Tracks and provides guidance to subordinate units on the National Logistics awards program. Serves as the State Logistics Readiness Training program manager. Plans, develops, and manages the Maintenance Assistance and Instruction (MAIT) program to provide necessary training and development of unit personnel. Oversees the State Command Logistics Discipline Programs and tracks all metrics pertaining to those programs. May serve as a member of the State Readiness Committee and as Chief of the MAIT. Performs other duties as assigned.
