DUTY 1: Plans the appropriate collection method and subsequent gathering of intelligence data. Information collected is susceptible to generally accepted methods and require the use of independent judgment, knowledge and experience in selecting conventional methods. DUTY 2: Participates in the presentation of ISR collection capabilities/data to service, national, and coalition customers within defined area of responsibility. Provides management with the intelligence information derived from ISR assets to maximize Commanders forces' effectiveness by optimizing friendly force strengths, exploiting adversary weaknesses, and countering adversary strengths. DUTY 3: Disseminates multi-source intelligence information including, classified and unclassified information, within their assigned defined geographical or functional area of responsibility that allows customers obtain a better sense of their situational awareness.
