Human Resources Officer

Manages and operates a comprehensive Human Resources (HR) program that includes up to 800 NAF employees, 75 supervisors and managers. Serves as a key advisor and member of the General Manager's group providing advisory services to managers on HR management. As Chief of the HR team, leads of group of specialists and assistants in accomplishing technical functions and requirements to support a large resort lodging and the food and beverage operations at the Hale Koa Hotel. Assigns, directs, supervises, and reviews execution of HR functions and objectives.
