CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (OA)

Uses a variety of office automation software to perform advance office automation functions such as word-processing, spread sheets, graphs, presentation slides, electronic mail, and update data in electronic files. Receives, directs callers/visitors, provides information about the organization, functions, activities,personnel, and enrolls children in center programs and checks patrons into the center. Computes, collects, records fees, and assists in the control of facilities, equipment, and supplies. Establishes files, maintains records/files and suspenses, prioritizes work, receives, processes, delivers, andcollects incoming/outgoing materials and documents. Assists in developing plans and creating schedules for the child development center.
