Industrial Equipment Maintenance Leader

As an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Leader, you will: Relaying job assignments received from the supervisor and making specific assignments to ensure proper job sequence, most effective and efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment are met Demonstrating proper work methods and procedures Insuring that required plans, blueprints, procedures, materials, and tools are available Obtaining needed information or decisions from supervisors on problems that come up during the work-day Maintaining a current knowledge, and answering questions of other workers on procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives (e.g. technical orders)
