IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN)

You will manage requirements identification and analysis development of information systems to include testing strategies, plans, and/or scenarios for customers' information systems, environments, and/or infrastructures for projects. You will plan, monitor, control, and report on projects/programs through the development of project management plans, system engineering plans, risk management plans, resource management plans, and project procurement strategies. You will manage high-ranking stakeholder requirements from external agencies which may include highly unstructured settings to justify, defend, negotiate, or settle matters involving significant or controversial issues. You will represent the command within high level committees and groups with the responsibility to defend the activity's position, influence resource allocation, and effect changes to project goals.
