About the role
You will serve as a Manager in the Test and Evaluation Branch conducting resource management duties consisting of planning, executing, coordinating, reviewing and administering the assigned engineering discipline for technical projects. You will ensure the technical capability and capacity of the assigned workforce and plan the availability of all manpower and resources to support the execution of current and future workload. You will develop and sustain the technical health of the workforce to meet the demands of the organization.
