SUPV WATERFRONT OPERATIONS MANAGER

You will be responsible for the management of project/funds management as they relate to Navy ship construction, repair and conversion contracts. You will oversee the overall planning and timely execution of the project management responsibilities, including development, and assignment, of goals and objectives for subordinate project teams. You will approve the allocation and distribution of funds and resources across projects within the limits of budget, fiscal policy, acquisition and administration of financial and material resources. You will ensure subordinate managers prepare post-availability assessment reports detailing problems encountered and lessons learned with the implementation of continuous improvement actions with ship construction, repair and modernization projects. You will establish program objectives and long-range plans to ensure effective and efficient execution of Government project management responsibilities across all projects/contracts.
