As a Director for Talent Acquisition, you will: Manage complex human resources programs for highly technical occupations and organizations whose mission is to charter, regulate, and supervise national banks and federal savings associations as well as federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Develop and administer talent acquisition programs and operations and ensure that associated human resource activities serve the critical needs of OCC management while fulfilling all legal and regulatory requirements. Provide expert staff advice and guidance on highly complex talent acquisition matters to include (recruitment and placement, position management and classification, staffing, and hiring).
