About the role

Serve as Medical Support Assistant (MSA) for the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) at a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF). Work front desk reception for FAP, to include: answering phones, scheduling patients, provide customer service, providing assistance, checking in patients, and open/close clinic. Provide statistical data for reports as needed. Perform administrative, medical support, and clerical tasks. Assist with processing referrals for child abuse and domestic violence.
