Operations Research/Systems Analyst

Serves as a Senior Operations Research Analyst responsible for Agency program management for organizational modeling and Manpower Management. Manages a highly complex professional administrative workload and foster professional working relationships with other analysts inside and outside the agency. Identifies and integrates significant internal and external programs, policies, procedures, practices and systems affecting the entire Agency in the areas of organization, resource management and operations research. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established agency goals and objectives. Reviews, prepares, and presents oral briefings and written reports outlining the status, results, and significant aspects of ongoing and completed projects.
