About the role
Leads business strategy and program direction, including strategic planning and human capital initiatives to achieve mission goals. Directs reimbursable HR services, including marketing, client engagement, and oversight of revenue and service delivery. Builds and sustains partnerships across OPM and Federal agencies to improve coordination, policy alignment, and customer service. Oversees delivery of HR programs and services, including staffing, recruitment, and workforce solutions. Manages program operations, including resource allocation, budgeting, performance monitoring, and process improvement. Exercises supervisory authority over subordinate managers and staff, including performance management, hiring, and employee development. Represents the organization in meetings, briefings, and negotiations with senior officials and stakeholders.
