Information Technology Specialist

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the day-to-day operations and administration of IT Systems within the Office of the United States Attorney, District of Delaware. Typical work assignments will include but not limited to: Maintaining network architecture and infrastructure. Providing customer service and support in troubleshooting, recovering, and resolving recurring software/hardware problems. Properly maintaining and controlling assigned telecommunications systems using knowledge of the capabilities and applications of network equipment including hubs, routers, switches, servers, and related hardware.
