About the role
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the day-to-day operations and administration of IT Systems within the Office of the United States Attorney, District of Delaware. Typical work assignments will include but not limited to: Maintaining network architecture and infrastructure. Providing customer service and support in troubleshooting, recovering, and resolving recurring software/hardware problems. Properly maintaining and controlling assigned telecommunications systems using knowledge of the capabilities and applications of network equipment including hubs, routers, switches, servers, and related hardware. Applying knowledge of the capabilities of commercial information systems security products, including firewalls and intrusion detection software in use by the organization.
