Manager, Audience Intelligence & Planning

<p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>We need an Audience and Analytics Manager to oversee the Unity Audience Hub, managing the full lifecycle of audience development, segmentation, and activation—from data sourcing to measuring commercial impact. This role is a unique blend of data, technology, and commercial strategy, focused on delivering impactful solutions for Unity's programmatic advertising clients and stakeholders using our first-party data.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage internal data pipelines to integrate all available Unity data into Audience Hub.</li> <li>Partner with technical teams (data science, ops, engineering, BI) to co-develop solutions.</li> <li>Provide commercial teams with performance insights and an end-to-end data measurement framework.</li> <li>Develop a global data dictionary using proprietary Unity signals and manag
