SATELLITE PROCUREMENT OFFICER NF4 (RFT) MCCS CONTRACTING

Serves as the Satellite Procurement Officer for the Regional Procurement Office Pacific (RPO PAC) supporting Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) activities. Supervises procurement staff in the execution of procurement actions coordinated through the RPO. In coordination with the RPO, uses knowledge of Department of Defense, Department of Navy, and Marine Corps Non-Appropriated Fund rules and regulations for the procurement of a wide range of commercial equipment, supplies, services, and construction. Performs pre-award and post award contract functions to include solicitation development, financial analysis, negotiation and contract administration supporting the Satellite Procurement Office (SPO) and Regional Procurement Office (RPO) and Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) activities.
