Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI) Senior Procurement Analyst

Directs, plans, develops, administers and executes the acquisition workforce training roadmap based on FAI and OFPP plans. Collaborates with the FAR Council, FAI, and Warfighting Acquisition University to develop, deliver, sustain, and periodically update comprehensive education, training delivery, and scalable solutions for the federal acquisition workforce on RFO and other OFPP priority policy changes, impacts to practice and culture, and lessons learned through practice. Provides expert hands-on coaching and consultation (experiential learning) to federalwide acquisition workforce members to support adoption and use of novel procurement practices aligned with the RFO and other OFPP priorities. Leads the systematic capture, analysis, and reporting of experiential learning outcomes and practitioner feedback to ensure learning informs practice, culture, and policy updates. Analyzes feedback from experiential learning to identify gaps, inform development or modification of learning asse
