MILITARY PERSONNEL AND MANPOWER SPECIALIST

Serves as AF/SE and HQ AFSEC Military Personnel Program Administrator and plans all aspects of special military personnel programs. Analyzes plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, programs and controls programs, activities and operations specific to the military personnel assigned to AF/SE and HQ AFSEC and administers special personnel programs and their interrelationships with other programs. Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses of program provisions and operations; compiles statistical data; and maintains documentation relating to control of resources of AF/SE and HQ AFSEC. Performs Duties as Human Resource Liaison: Employee is responsible for developing local administrative guidelines, regulations and instructions for the conduct of assigned programs.
