Transportation Specialist

If selected at the GS-09 level, the below responsibilities will be performed in a developmental capacity. Develops general and detailed functional requirements and policies for transportation systems, operations, automated data processing methods and techniques. Coordinates with supervisors, functional specialists, and technician’s directions necessary for development of internal operating procedures in support of transportation-related automated systems. Develops recommended work procedures to guide the use of new or changed programs. Leads transportation efforts to attain/maintain full audit compliance.
