About the role
As a Facilities Operations Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Manages the oversight of contractor performance for a preventative maintenance program for building systems Monitors the implementation of maintenance methods, standards and techniques. Monitors and inspects work done by contractors for adherence to state and Federal regulations, conformance specifications, requirements, and compliance with applicable building and safety codes. Monitors the activities of all maintenance, renovation, remodeling and new construction projects to ensure performance is in accordance with building code procedures.
