Senior Strategic Operations Associate, Autonomous Mobility & Delivery

About the Role We are seeking an all-star operator to join the Autonomous Mobility & Delivery (AM&D) team to help launch and scale our autonomous mobility deployments in the US. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of developing the hybrid marketplace in the US as we introduce autonomous vehicles onto our platform at scale. This role will involve working cross functionally across regional ops, fleet ops, tech, marketing, policy and legal as we launch new autonomous deployments to ensure their success. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring the performance as we launch and executing on tactics to scale in the market. As we partner with trustworthy developers, fleet operators, and cities to bring about AV services, you'll be thinking about how to achieve success with early pilots and writing the playbook for future expansions.
