STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Provides expert technical advice and counsel to senior executives on strategic communications, messaging, and programmatic public affairs initiatives to ensure organizational alignment and mitigate public relations risks. Drafts high-level articles, speeches, and specialized content for senior leadership and diverse internal and external audiences to communicate complex program achievements, policy changes, and organizational activities. Develops instructional materials and delivers training on change management, strategic communication, and mission-related competencies to align the workforce and enhance operational cohesion. Plans, assigns, and reviews the work of administrative and analytical support personnel to ensure efficient office operations, accurate analytical studies, and the effective prioritization of executive resources.
