Interdisciplinary (Family Advocacy Program Case Manager)

Duties include but are not limited to: Provides program oversight, procedure guidance, and support for the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) at the headquarters level, ensuring consistent implementation across Navy installations and alignment with Department of the Navy (DON) and Department of Defense (DoD) standards. Monitors program performance, assessing compliance with strategic objectives, and addressing challenges related to program delivery. Provides authoritative guidance to installation-level teams, ensuring effective execution of FAP initiatives that support the safety and well-being of service members and thei
