Project Scheduler (Temporary)

The individual selected for this position will perform the following: Construction Project Scheduling, Oversight and/or Coordination Coordinates and integrates the planning, programming, development, oversight, scheduling and overall management of resources for multi-phase projects. Consults with project personnel to help ensure a progress schedule is maintained and takes remedial action to ensure the proper relationship between work efforts and schedule compliance. Reviews resources estimates to ensure proper distribution of project resources. Keeps abreast of changes and cost variations from design through construction and installation to ensure completion on time and within the designated budget. Resolves difficult project control issues. Performs additional data systems and analysis work. Reviews cost loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule updates for invoice amounts and ensures contract costs are precisely accounted for. Maintains all construction updates in the Primavera data
