General Engineer/Architect (Project Manager)

*Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance* This is a career ladder position requiring the incumbent to perform progressively more complex duties and responsibilities leading to the full performance level, GS-14. *A selection at the GS-13 will have non-competitive promotion potential to the GS-14.** PROJECT MANAGEMENT As a Project Manager, provides expertise and coordination from project concept stage through the construction documentation, construction, equipment installation, checkout and delivery. In collaboration with higher graded staff, manages significant phases of projects supporting major Jurisdiction-wide renovation and construction projects. Performs periodic review and analysis to assess status and progress toward meeting project goals. Develops, implements, and disseminates project schedules containing all accountable and reportable resources.
