About the role
As a Transportation Program Analyst, you will: Serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or Alternate COR (ACOR), for assigned projects or tasks. This position handles the routine to complex assignments related to contracts/task orders requiring a high degree of technical contracting experience due to the nature of the deliverables, services and associated complexities. Provide expert advice to senior management and staff regarding the Project Management Oversight (PMO) Program including management of contracts, task orders and technical studies in order to ensure that the PMO Program provides the quality deliverables and services necessary to support government oversight of the major capital projects for which FTA has oversight authority and responsibility.
