About the role
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to senior management for the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), District of California. Typical work assignments will include: Providing senior-level management support essential to the effective operations of the district. Preparing senior management for meetings and calls by planning and attending preparation meetings and coordinating run-throughs before large hybrid meetings, collecting and distributing materials, and arranging, managing, and trouble-shooting (when necessary) web-based video conferencing. Handling special assignments that are of a highly sensitive nature. Reviewing and analyzing a wide range of incoming/outgoing correspondence and making determinations as to its appropriate disposition according to relevant procedures, guidelines, and direction from senior management.
