Equipment Specialist

Responsible for the management, coordination, development, and implementation of all motor vehicle fleets throughout the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). These responsibilities also extend to the bus maintenance facility at USP Terre Haute, IN and the bus fleet. Provides technical expertise to other Central Office and Regional Program Managers in the development of various programs to ensure consistent application of resources bureau-wide. Responsible for evaluating existing training and mentoring requirements and implementing new development programs that may be needed to fully meet new policy and performance standards.
