ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION SPECIALIST

Assists in applying techniques and procedures to support the proper accumulation and management of hazardous materials and waste. Collects, compiles, and assists in analyzing data related to the maintenance wing to help identify requirements, problems, or needed improvements in operating instructions, plans, systems or procedures. Supports evaluation of hazardous material and waste handling operations, plans, and programming documents within the maintenance wing. Participates in planning and programming conferences, technical panels, assessments, and management reviews related to assigned wing projects and programs.
