About the role

Support and assist in the planning, organizing, and analysis of productivity programs and resources while ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and AFSC/PK directives. Perform other work in support of the office automation. Support planning and organizing activities of the organization, while assisting the directorate/division/SMEs in the management of program functions. Depending on location, may serve as the organizational point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues. Act as one of the points of contact for all newly assigned personnel; supports orienting new personnel regarding the basic functions of the organization, introduces them to key personnel and may support coordinating their initial training/orientation requirements.
